Growing up, our Thanksgivings were over 25 people, so it was a holiday around family and food, and it still is. I’m so excited for this year’s menu. A cocktail, some appetizers, the turkey, the sides, and something sweet. Every recipe below is one I actually make, and they all work together on one table.
Cocktails

Pomegranate Moscow Mule — A holiday twist on the classic mule, tart pomegranate juice and spicy ginger beer with a squeeze of lime.
Appetizers

Deviled Eggs with Candied Bacon — Classic deviled eggs with a Dijon lemon pepper filling, topped with brown sugar candied bacon.

Honey Butter Cornbread Bites — Sweet, moist cornbread bites finished with honey butter and flaky sea salt.
Mains

Juicy Dry Brined Roast Turkey with Herb Butter — The turkey I make every Thanksgiving. Dry brining seasons it all the way through and keeps it juicy.
Sides

Crispy One Pan Stuffing — The crispy baked version, all in one pan. The crowd pleaser.

Homemade Green Bean Casserole — Not the back-of-the-can version. Sauce from scratch, with real mushrooms and onions.

Cheesy Mashed Potatoes — Yukon Golds whipped with sour cream and butter, topped with cheddar and baked until melted.

Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Candied Bacon
Desserts

Gingersnap Pumpkin Pie Bars — A gingersnap-flavored graham cracker crust, classic pumpkin pie filling, and homemade whipped cream on top.

Pumpkin Loaf with Cream Cheese Frosting — A moist, tender pumpkin loaf with warm fall spice and thick, tangy cream cheese frosting.

Apple Cinnamon Cupcakes with Cinnamon Sugar Pockets — Fall in a cupcake, topped with cream cheese frosting.

Chocolate Chip Sea Salt Cookies — A classic chocolate chip cookie with flaky sea salt.
