Crispy air fryer Brussels sprouts tossed with brown sugar candied bacon and a spoonful of Dijon. Salty, sweet, a little tangy, and it all comes together in one pan at the end.

Ingredients
Method
- Clean and halve the Brussels sprouts, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry at 375°F for 12 minutes.
- Slice the raw bacon into small bite-size slices. Over medium heat, render the bacon in a pan. Once almost crispy, remove the bacon from the pan and drain the fat, then add the bacon back into the same pan. Add the brown sugar and toss. Cook 2 minutes, until the brown sugar has dissolved.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan with the Dijon mustard and toss for 1 to 2 minutes, then serve.
